Every individual has different tastes and preferences, making it crucial that designers hired understands the homeowners’ ideals in terms of colour scheme, materials and budget. This Armada Villa home gives us a glimpse of how different characters can come together harmoniously.

Modern Classical is the theme for ‘The White Royale Villa,’ compliments the rest of the reflective spaces. The walk-in wardrobe where each cabinet and ceiling is custom designed with exceptional craftmanship. Walking into this white palace, the built-in altar dazzles with jade marble and white hidden lights. Beside it, the white storage cabinet enhances the painting of life that is flanked by unique modern wall lights. Marble Travertine is used as flooring here.

The entertainment area’s wall is covered with decorative protrusions in gold paint. Calacatta marble makes the feature wall, while stainless steel and subtle gold lining is used for the TV cabinet. Similar in material and design, both the six-seater sofa and marble coffee table stand out under the opulent designer plaster ceiling.

In the middle of the floor, a round modern beige marble table sits on polished brass legs surrounded by leather chairs in white and gold. Adding to the glamour is a modern classical chandelier. Strong in character, the bar holds polished white strips create a contrast against the grey wingback high chairs, matte wine rack and white painted surfaces; cabinets, bar table and walls. The same colour scheme is used in the kitchen of grey painted cabinetry with Calcutta marble splashback and counter tops. To remind its user of the distinction of space, grey marble slabs are used for the floor here.

Moving up, the first floor uses solid timber flooring to denote a change of use. The spacious master bedroom houses its own living area with a modern classical sofa that matches the display cabinet in the back. Matching the theme, a white studded bedframe is framed by customised wall panels. The TV cabinet and vanity are both of a luxurious Nordic style with its white and gold laminated surfaces that

merges modern and classical with its mirrored white painted wood and ample storage space that is both practical and beautiful. Naturally, the master bathroom is covered mostly with marble tiles. A mix of white, grey and beige hues are chosen to give it a unique ambience of its own.

The second bedroom is fitted with the same custom-made mirrored cabinets. Giving it personal character, the multiple display shelves and built-in cabinetry use jade marble to back its textured white wood with gold trimmings. Other details that personalise this room are the plain beige bedframe and matching sofa against a studded blue upholstered wall feature.

Dark and cosy is the definition of the third bedroom. Upholstered grey panels line the room that features a customised herringbone- like blue wall. This eye-catching work of art is then brightened by the white built-in cupboards and stainless steel and gold coated panels.

Breathtakingly covered in solid timber from top to bottom, the final room makes use of its double height ceiling to provide a mix of textures. Mix coloured wood strips are placed on the ceiling and most of the wall. The sleeping space uses bamboo like wood panels to differentiate the area while the spacious entertainment area here uses brick chips for the feature wall. Adding colour to this area, the living room set is made out of blue and yellow heavy armchairs and tv cabinet with matching modern classical lighting. The display space on the other hand is inimitable with its deer print high chairs. Finally, the bathroom continues the masculine energy, using solid timber walls against grey and black porcelain tiles.
